At Essex Ear Wellness we use the very latest Tympa Health Technology. We are able to remote link your examination and treatment to London‘s very best ENT surgeons and Audiologists if required.
We use micro suction ear wax removal which is considered much safer than ear syringing and reduces the chances of both infection and damage to your ear drum.
If during consultation you need further referral we can refer you to the best specialists available.
We cover Essex and Suffolk and can arrange home visits or group/care home visits upon request.
Our ear and wellness services are provided by Clare the clinic owner.
Clare qualified as a nurse in 1998 and then qualified as a state registered paramedic in 2000. After a long career working for the NHS, Clare has had various roles working for private medical companies. In 2017 Clare opened Essex Body Sculpture alongside her career. More recently, Clare now works solely at both clinics and heads up the health and wellness services in both clinics.
HD Digital Otoscopy
Examination of the ear which captures high-definition images and videos of the ears, helping you understand and visualise any diagnosis. Our unique remote review feature means that we can securely send high-resolution imaging and videos to our team of Audiologists and ENT specialists for support, advice and referral.
Microsuction Ear Wax Removal
We can deliver micro suction wax removal, delivering quick, safe and painless treatment as the system gently suctions wax from the ear.
Hearing Check
The Tympa platform utilises a 4-frequency hearing check, with checks of 500Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 4000Hz. If the hearing test shows hearing loss, a referral to our team of Audiologists can be made.
